Criminal Business Law
OTL CONSEILS assists clients during all the stages of criminal procedures and has recognized experience in criminal law cases.
The Firm intercedes as an advisor to companies and their leaders and represents them in front of criminal courts as from the investigation stage till the pleas in front of trial courts.
Its interventions include in particular corporate law offences, banking criminal law, violation of competition law, consumption law, regulated activities conditions, criminal labour law and criminal tax law.
Public Law
The Firm provides advice and assistance before the administrative courts. It takes part in the signing of procurement agreements: legal advice and expertise in the implementation of terms of reference and contracts’ lawfulness, drafting of procurement agreements.
Environmental Law and Public Health

Economic and Financial Law

The Firm regularly assists banks and borrowers in credit operations, financial restructuring, syndicated loans and the structuring of loan guarantees.
Moreover, it also brings its expertise in the context of financial market transactions, especially for bond issues on the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) or securitization of receivables. It now has a recognized expertise with institutions approved by the Regional Council for Public Savings and Financial Markets (CREPMF) of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU).
